The Values of the Organization 

   · Values cannot be forced; they float from inside the person.

 ·  Being a "professional" means being curious

 
·  The values of the organization pose the infrastructure for the organizational insight to
   the empowerment of social responsibility, serve as a beam of light for aspired behaviors and create a
   shared value language for all members of the organization.

 
·  Refreshing and nurturing these values shall mold the method of operation amongst the IPS prison
   guards and officers, and assist them in dealing with related dilemmas on a daily basis and in cases
   of emergencies.
